This comment isn't about your fabulous concrete, it's about your draughty house. When our insulation was installed they didn't fill the gap between window frame and house frame, I did it myself, their answer was "oh we don't do that" but it's in the regulations I said "oh is it". They also use inferior doors seals, and the gaps between doors and jams are too big, good luck with getting it fixed.
That's a good point and I'm not sure what my insulation is like around the window frames, but I'm guessing this would have needed to be done before the plaster went on, so am going to be stuck with what I've got now :(
Wow... absolutely incredible!
ReplyDeleteYes, very happy with it 😃
DeleteLooks real good :) Did it cost much more than just doing standard concrete?
ReplyDeleteI think it was a couple of grand more than doing coloured concrete over 110 square meters. Majority of the cost is the labour.
DeleteLooks great! Would you recommended the concreters? Can I ask who did it? Thanks
ReplyDeleteIt was done by Marc's Concreting.

Very happy with it and will have him back to do the other side path once the neighbours build has finished on the boundary line.
I found his business here - https://www.oneflare.com.au/b/marc-s-concreting
DeleteCheers, thanks so much for taking the time to reply.
