More of the same.

More progress over the last week.
Lots more bricks have been laid and the issues that were highlighted with the frame appear to have mostly been resolved over the last week.
Doors appear to have been fitted and the heating/aircon system install has also started, along with the bathroom fit-outs.

Front door has the wrong glass type fitted.

heating/aircon frame in the master bedroom has tripled in size for some reason since my last visit. The older/smaller portion of the frame closer to the window is what's on the plans. Need to raise this.

More bricking

More bricking has gone up since the last visit. The garage has also now been started. It's going to look huge once the garage roof has been finished.

The Good Bits

Bricking to the ground floor started this week and looks good. Loving the colour now that we can see it in the flesh rather than a display board at the showroom.

The Bad Bits

Perhaps a little bit too much cement here.

Quite a lot of tearing to the thermal sheeting with no sign of attempted repair.

And some missing altogether.

Dodgy Woodwork.

Lintels - Need to check if this fix is adequate.

Wrapping and Bi-Folds

Ground floor wrapping is now under way.
The Bi-fold doors have also been installed to the Alfresco.

Roofing Complete

Sarking and roof tiles have gone on since the last visit.

Also looks like a couple of issues highlighted at the frame inspection have also been resolved.

Framing Complete

As we were told that the frame was completed just before Christmas, we thought we ought to have a look before the builders get back from their Christmas break and start on the next stage.

Looks like some of the windows have gone in too.
